Our lemon bars were such a hit we thought: why not make a cookie out of this? So, we did. These soft sugar cookies are rolled into a secret mix to make a slightly tart yet effortlessly sweet cookie. There's a slight crunch when biting in, making the soft center even more enjoyable! We hope you enjoy.
